Non - AC, Total builtup area 1100 sq ft, Hall, Kichen, 2 Bedrooms.

Self Cooking facility.

Rs. 6,000/- For 7 Person. Extra Person will Charge Rs.700/- Per Person
( Maximum 3 Person Extra )

Check in : 1.00 pm - 9.00 pm
Check Out : 11 am

7 years and above will be charged Full for stay.
Below 6 years will be charged Half.

1. Food & drinks are not allowed in Bedrooms.
2. No loudspeakers/ noise after 10.30pm, so as not to distrub the neighbours.
3. Any damage to property will be charged at actual.
4. As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry Photo ID proof, that shows address. We only accept Adhar, Card,Driving License and Passport (min 2 person should submit)
5. Use dustbin for waste.
6. No pets, No Parties Or events.
7. Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage of any items.
8. 100/- penalty for each glass Broken.
9. Smoking in open areas only not inside the cottage,no throwing of cigarette butts in the garden area.
10. There is a lake across the street from the property. However, swimming is strictly prohibited in the lake. One can't get into the water, only boating is allowed.
